I am commanded by the Air Council to refer to Colonial Office letter of the 14th January, 92634/32 on the

subject of the proposed establishment by the Far East

Aviation Co. of a flying training school at Hong Kong and

to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary of

State for the Colonies, that they see no objection to the

desired permission being given to the Company with liberty

to undertake the training of aliens, including Chinese.

A copy of this letter has been sent to the

Foreign Office.
